- October, 2022Chained-up baby elephant who was ripped from his mom gets the best new home — and meets another rescued elephant who insists on being his mama. Really breaks my heart on how these innocent elephants are so neglected & abused!! Seeing these people rescue this sweet boy gives me hope for the future, knowing there are still good people in the world. Of all animal rescues there is nothing more beautiful to see than an elephant walking off the rescue truck into freedom.... But then to see the mama elephant adopt him...... Just breaks your heart yet makes you smile tears of joy at the same time....... Thanks to all involved for getting him home and setting him free.
