- October, 2022Absolutely amazing! It is ALMOST tempting to dive down there just for even the slightest hope that this could happen to me ... ALMOST tempting. Because what a feeling that must be, and what a story to tell the grandkids someday. Whales are my favorite animals. Humpbacks, beluga whales and killer whales are my most favorite. They have all been known to save people from sharks. I have been studying whales for 44 years. This story is awesome and it just proves that some whales are gentle giants.
