- October, 2022Krugeri lion Adia nurses, sleeps, grooms and mothers her four two-week-old cubs behind the scenes at Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo. Adia also has periodic access outside. How cute. Hard to believe, isn't it, that these are the same critters featured in the movie The Ghost and The Darkness. Granted, those lions were atypical, but it was a pretty scary movie nevertheless.
