Kindness really is its own reward. Look how happy that man is! I never cared much for birds until I grudgingly rescued a Senegal parrot. She was just like a 9-inch Golden Retriever - all love! What a lovely thing to do! The Bird Man Of Chennai has made my heart smile ! And what an old codger that landlord is! The Yin and Yang of life, eh. There will always be good and grumpy, thoughtful and thoughtless, kind and mean. Such is life. But, PLEASE be kind.
