- October, 2022The polar vortex was in full force. The snow fell heavier, the wind howled, and Fluffy became still. Her small body was slowly being covered by the relentless white blanket. Her owners were frantic with worry. They searched desperately until they found her. By that time, she was buried and unresponsive. With hearts racing, they scooped her up and rushed to the Animal Clinic of Kalispell. Everybody feared the worst. The drive seemed endless. Each minute felt like a lifetime as they clung to bare-knuckle hope. Fluffy's tiny form remained motionless and her fur was coated with ice. They arrived at the clinic and burst through the doors.
