- October, 2022When Victoria chose to accompany her husband on a trip to the jungle, she never thought she would feel so scared in front of a gorilla. Damian had assured her they wouldn’t hurt her, but she couldn’t stop shivering under their scrutiny. He had raised them as babies, but four years had passed since they had last parted, and both males didn’t look like they were too interested in a reunion. However, on the second day one of the gorillas took a special interest in her. And what he did to her next shocked the whole world, forever changing her perspective on these animals. Gorillas are beautiful, gentle, kind souls. Animals are very intuitive and can feel our emotions, and even our intentions, and whether we love them or not. Victoria is obviously a loving soul too, which the beautiful big boy felt. I have always wished I could work with gorillas or chimps or orangutans. ❤
