- October, 2022In Mala Mala, South Africa, this lioness had four very young cubs about 5-6 weeks old. But on this occasion we found her with just three. The whereabouts of the fourth cub was unclear but most likely it had been left at the den. Having played for sometime they decided it was time for milk. A great encounter.
